£40,833 - £49,000 (Band 8a)

We are seeking to appoint a Team Leader for our Evidence and Evaluation Improvement Team. This is a virtual team working to enhance our health and social care improvement work by providing bespoke advice and support to our staff, NHS Boards and Health and Social Care Partnerships. This includes developing evidence bases, evaluation frameworks and health economics support. This work ensures our improvement offering focuses on key activities, that we capture impact and can share lessons learned. 

We are looking for an experienced team leader who wishes to further develop their skills and experiences, particularly in relation to cross-analytical and multi-professional management and new ways of working. An understanding of social science and evaluation methods and an ability to promote research and analysis in different contexts is essential.

You will be educated to Masters degree level or equivalent. Extensive senior management or leadership experience within the NHS is required as is relevant experience in health and social care services research and evaluation methods. You must also have knowledge of quality improvement, be an effective networker and demonstrate communications skills to an advanced level with proven experience of presenting complex information to both internal and external groups.
