An exciting opportunity exists within the Improvement Hub (ihub), Tailored and Responsive Improvement Support Team (TRIST) to support improvements in health and social care across Scotland. 

TRIST is acore function that responds to requests from health and social care organisations to support them in making improvements against key local strategic priorities. Support is provided by a core team of improvement advisors and a range of independent ihub associates who provide specialist support when required.

As Project Officer, your support skills will enable TRIST to successfully deliver programmes within agreed timescales, cost and quality parameters. There will be a particular focus on supporting the development and procurement of critical support processes for the ihub and ensuring the effective delivery of existing processes. You should possess competent report writing skills, together with sound communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative, manage and prioritise a busy work schedule, evidenced either as part of a degree or by previous project support experience. Occasional travel throughout Scotland may be required for this role (including overnight stays).

This is an opportunity to be involved in improvement projects that have a direct impact on improving the health and social care delivered across Scotland.
