The Improvement Hub (ihub - http://ihub.scot/) – is a national resource working to support Integrated Health and Social Care partnerships, improve the quality of services they provide for the people of Scotland.

In developing the role of housing as part of ihub’s improvement offer you will lead and develop the Place, Home and Housing portfolio together with all cross cutting aspects of housing related work within Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) programmes.  You will provide support to Health and Social Care Partnerships and the housing sector to improve the integration of their strategic planning and delivery processes with the aim of supporting people to retain their independence and well being within their home environment and local community.   

You will be a qualified housing professional (Masters Degree level or equivalent) with extensive experience and understanding of housing strategy, policy, research and a sound knowledge of health and social care, independent and third sectors.  An authentic and engaging leader with a track record in delivering outcomes within a rapidly changing environment along with excellent communication and influencing skills.
