Are you experienced in providing exceptional levels of administration support to project teams? Would others describe you as efficient and organised? Can you work on your own initiative and prioritise a busy workload whilst retaining an outgoing and professional approach? If so, this could be your opportunity to show how your team support skills would suit an organisation that drives improvement across Health and Social Care in Scotland.

The Scottish Health Council and Healthcare Improvement Scotland require an Administrator who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience of supporting a range of projects involving external stakeholders and internal programmes, who can adopt a pro-active style when resolving issues and show flexibility when multi-tasking. Your abilities to support individuals, teams and meetings will require proficient knowledge in MS Office and the use of other administrative systems.
